Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum at any time. We'll simply adjust the pricing based on the remaining service period. There's no penalty for upgrading — we want you to have the level of support your family needs.

We understand that these services often come during financially challenging times. We offer flexible payment options including EMI through select partners and phased payment schedules. Discuss your needs with our care coordinator — we'll work with you to find a solution.

For ongoing services like home care, we bill monthly. If you need to discontinue, you only pay for services rendered. For event-based services (like funeral coordination), once the service is completed, no refund applies, but we do offer credits toward future services if circumstances change.
